The hospital contacted our firm to help identify deficiencies and to define a program for renovation that would allow the facility to take full advantage of the progress made in emergency and trauma care. The solution was to develop a renovation program that meets current and projected volume increases, featuring a new fast-track area as well as an additional nine-bay emergent care area which is focused around a central nurse station.
