The firm was retained by the Monroe County Department of Transportation to prepare the Project Initiation Report and provide Final Design and Construction Inspection Services for improvements on Schlegel , a suburban two-lane county highway serving a residential community. The project included full pavement reconstruction, a new drainage system (combination of open and closed systems), and a new single-span precast bridge structure (30-foot span) over Four Mile Creek.
