Seizing an opportunity to better define the image of the School District and the community, the new high school building was designed to reflect the agricultural heritage of the area while taking advantage of modern concepts in education architecture. Agricultural themes are used throughout, with extensive natural wood trim and furnishings that invite interaction.

The Rubin A. Cirrilo High School was selected as a Project of Distinction in the 2004 Education Design Showcase, School Planning and Management magazine.
