Building on several years of work with Wayne County administrators to complete a Master Plan and Certificate of Need, Clark Patterson Lee designed a new 192-bed skilled nursing facility. The design is based on the concept of providing care through the “households” model. The new two-story facility includes a partial basement and consists of four 48-bed units broken down into eight neighborhoods.
