Mr. Waltz has over 25 years of professional experience in design and construction management of K-12 educational and manufacturing capital projects.  As a Principal of the firm, Mr. Waltz has firm-wide management responsibilities with design coordination and construction service leadership.  His experience assists clients with facility planning and conceptual through construction phases, and frequently interacts with the NYS Education Department and local/state building officials.
