The Suwanee Town Center plan lays the groundwork for a revitalized Old Town district that balances the rich cultural heritage of the area while providing economic development prospects. Clark Patterson Associates viewed this unique proposition as more then a job, it was a chance to exceed expectations and truly enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors. The result will be a vibrant downtown area, rich in diversity of use and opportunity.
