With our assistance and guidance, the City of Oswego developed a new Comprehensive Plan that will direct development, investment and policy decisions over the next two decades. An extensive public participation and outreach program was the foundation of this planning effort. Oswego’s Vision 2020 Plan incorporates broad community policies, a detailed workbook approach to implementation, and image-based community design recommendations.
