Clark Patterson Lee completed a Master Plan for the City of Rensselaer that defines a new waterfront center that integrates with the Rensselaer Train Station and the historic Beverwyk Business District. CPL completed a market analysis, fiscal impact study, space programming and site master planning services that will be used to reconnect the urban fabric of the community to the Hudson River and recreate the City's image in the Capital District.
